“ Had dropped by to the place next door and was told kitchen was closed, then I look into the open doors of Valentino's to see the owner closing up and chatting with staff. One member asked how our evening was going, and to our surprise offered to fire up the oven! We gladly accepted and ordered 3 personal pizzas. Great tasting pizza! I immediately recognized the fresh taste of pizza ingredients (one my hobbies is to make pizza from scratch , so the fresh sauce and dough really stood out).The owner described to me how he comes up with ingredients and come to know that it is the most fresh pizza you will find in town. Just ask him about the ingredients, he will gladly explain. It's a real home town experience and really made me feel like family.
